For design services rendered and prepaid on this site if you feel the designer missed the mark or did not deliver satisfactory work please contact your sales representative or email dt@thompsonprintsolutions.com and we will work to resolve the issue and schedule you another design time free of charge or adjust your bill accordingly to retain your business.

We guarantee our print quality. If you are unhappy with your finished product, please take the following steps:

  1. Take pictures showing the consistent nature of the defect, meaning it occurs more than once in the order.
  2. Send the pictures to us via email at dt@thompsonprintsolutions.com or contact your sales representative.

We will evaluate the defect and respond within one business day.

If the product is deemed defective and it is a Thompson Print Solutions error, we will reprint the order and ship it at our expense. If the product is not deemed defective or if the defect was apparent during proofing, Thompson Print Solutions may at our discretion issue store credit or offer a reprint. All sales are final, and full refunds are only offered at the manager’s discretion.
